A time for change and transformation

  • Autumn is here and watching the leaves turn golden and fall can be reminder of our ability to cast off those old ways that no longer serve us and take a fresh path perhaps a major change or simply shedding a few leaves to make life more fulfilling and enjoyable... perhaps  a time to go a little deeper and explore beneath the surface. If you are ready I am here to listen and use my skills as a counsellor to support you on that journey.

As a person centred counsellor I believe that each client is the person who is the most expert on themselves and that every person has the potential, with skilled help, to explore the issues that come from their life experience and achieve self healing.
